My father, the hero

Very blessed by these new developments. Blessed that new medical breakthroughs exists to help but the kinks just need to get fished out. But still counting it as a blessing.

Savoring each day my dad gets to be with Dani. As sure as I stand, my father raised us the best way that he could as a single parent. And, in my humble opinion, he did a good job.

Few fathers out there are not as fortunate. But maybe because before anything else, my father taught us to always look at our Ultimate Father. That way, we will never run out if love, guidance, strength and hope.

My dad also taught us to take life with a good sense of humor. Something he also learned from his own father. He never let us forget it, too. Good move.

Dani can learn so much more from my dad. My prayer is she gets to have that chance.
