Its beginning to look a lot like Christmas

Bryan and Dani get a quick night out to look at the lights in Iloilo City.  Its a tradition we hope to keep up for years to come. Although this year I opted to excuse myself since I could give birth at any time. But I wanted Dani to bond with Angkong and Ama. She needs more quality time with them and this is something simple yet meaningful. 

The smile on her face when she came home was incredible.

Dani meets Jose Mari Chan

Dani had a packed day. She went to Coby Tan's 2nd birthday at McDonald's Atrium then Angkong's 76th birthday at Breakthrough after. 

Needless to say, she had a lot of sugar and fun. 

On our way out, we happenes to run into Mr. Jose Mari Chan. The aunts told the crooner that Dani could sing "Please Be careful With My Heart". Right there, Jose Mari Chan started to sing the chorus to Dani. I was thrilled! Still hate myself for not pulling out my cellphone videocam for the moment. Dani was surprised and confused, I guess. She learned the song because of watching the tv show of the same title. So she usually heard it being sung by a woman. If only knew this was the man composed it and made it into such a hit. 

What a story to tell her someday!
